Linkage Care - CSL Grimsby

CSL Grimsby is part of Linkage Community Trust, a charity providing Community Supported Living services to adults with learning disabilities and autism. The organization supports over 250 individuals across the region, helping them achieve greater independence and live the life they choose.

The service is registered with the Care Quality Commission and provides person-centered support tailored to individual needs. Staff work collaboratively with service users and their families to develop and deliver support plans that promote independence and wellbeing.

Linkage Care is committed to empowering individuals and supporting them to make their own choices in how they live their daily lives, including employment support and community integration.
