Navigo Health & Social Care CIC is a not-for-profit social enterprise commissioned by the NHS to deliver comprehensive mental health services across North East Lincolnshire. The organization employs over 1,000 people across their £50 million group, providing specialist care and support to people with mental health and associated issues.

Services include acute and community mental health facilities, specialist support for older adults with inpatient services, rehabilitation and recovery programs, community mental health support, and an outstanding specialist eating disorder facility. Recognized as a Good provider by the Care Quality Commission, Navigo was named Health and Social Care Social Enterprise of the Year in 2019 and listed as one of the 100 Best Not-for-Profit Organizations to Work For by The Sunday Times for five consecutive years.
