Open Door

Open Door is a unique medical facility in Grimsby providing GP healthcare and social support services. Set up as a local social enterprise and part of Care Plus Group, Open Door delivers comprehensive community health services.

Located in a modern, purpose-built building with step-free access on one level, Open Door offers convenient accessibility for all patients. The facility includes a car park at the rear and road parking at the front. Open Door is currently accepting new patients.
