Tees House

Tees House is a specialist older people's mental health facility operated by NAViGO Health and Social Care. Named in honour of Grimsby Town footballer Matt Tees, this modern three-storey complex provides enhanced nursing and specialist residential care for individuals with complex needs, including dementia and memory problems.

The facility features 31 ensuite residential rooms plus overnight facilities for family members. Residents have access to state-of-the-art amenities including a sensory room, cinema, podiatry services, beautician, indoor gym, hairdresser, and activity rooms. The centre provides comprehensive support and therapies delivered by experienced care staff.

Tees House was officially opened in October 2023 and has achieved an 'Outstanding' rating from the Care Quality Commission, reflecting the exceptional quality of care and support provided. It represents a significant step forward in older people's mental health provision.
